Principles of data processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide our platform and services, where a legal basis exists, or you have given explicit consent. Legal bases are Art. 6 GDPR.

Data collected

When visiting the website

When you visit our website, the following data is automatically stored in server log files:

• IP address (anonymised after 7 days)
• Date and time of the request
• Requested URL, referrer URL
• Browser type and operating system

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in technical provision). Storage period: 30 days.

Upon registration (Brand account)

• Name, email address, company name
• Billing address, payment data (via Stripe – Influsa does not store card data)
• Booking history, briefing content

Upon registration (Creator account)

• Name, email address, social media handles
• Bank account for payouts (SEPA/Wise/PayPal)
• Public profile information (reach, niche, prices)

Purposes of processing

• Provision and operation of the Influsa platform
• Contract processing (bookings, escrow, payouts)
• Communication between brands and creators
• Fraud detection and audience quality checks
• Reporting and analytics for brands
• Email communication and newsletter (only with consent)
• Legal obligations (tax, compliance)

Data sharing with third parties

We only share data to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract:

• Stripe Inc. – Payment processing (data processing in the EU)
• AWS Frankfurt – Hosting and data storage (EU region)
• Postmark – Transactional emails
• Wise / PayPal – Creator payouts

All service providers are bound by data processing agreements (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. No data is passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.

Cookies & tracking

We only use technically necessary cookies (session management, CSRF protection). Tracking cookies or third-party analysis services such as Google Analytics are not used. On the first visit, a cookie banner informs about the cookies used.

Storage period

Personal data is only stored for as long as necessary to fulfil the respective purpose:

• Account data: until account deletion + 30 days
• Booking and invoice data: 10 years (statutory retention obligation)
• Server log files: 30 days
• Newsletter consents: until withdrawal

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access (Art. 15 GDPR) to stored data
• Rectification (Art. 16) of incorrect data
• Erasure (Art. 17) of your data
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18)
• Data portability (Art. 20)
• Objection (Art. 21) to processing
• Withdrawal of consent given, at any time
